In this study, we systematically investigated the synthesis conditions of RCA (Rolling Circle Amplification) gels and aptamer modifications to establish a framework for the rational design of functional DNA hydrogels. This work is the result of a collaboration with Matsuura Lab (Science Tokyo) and Kiga Lab (Waseda Univ.).
